Author: ERC Page: 34 of 301 ISO Code B1F56-12 Customer Symptom No Co-Driver air temperature control (manual or automatic) Fault Effects (On Vehicle) If polarity of motor lines is affected by fault, motor will move to either end stop Lamp Status (If Any) NA Fault Detection Condition Co-Driver Air Temperature Motor Drive Line - Circuit Short to Battery Normal Operating Condition The voltage between blue connector pin no 4& ground or 20& ground of the Connector should be in between 0 to 14 V Probable Trouble Area harness wire shorted Healing Condition NA Component Details: The actuator controls the position of the Co-Driver temperature blend door based on the voltage signal from the FATC module. Potentiometer, inside the actuator, sends a feedback signal to the controller and controller cuts off the voltage signal coming from the controller when the required door position is achieved. Preliminary Checks: Switch On the IGN & perform the following check. 3) Connect the Diagnostics tool & check the DTC fault code 4) Read ECU parameter ,Target Position of Co-Driver Temperature Door Flap and Co-Driver Temperature Door flap Position (Internal Value) for actual and target position of Actuator
