Kanger 3.0 DTC Troubleshooting Data Version: 1.0 Date: 24-July-2023 P19D206:- OBC CP Volt Out of Range Overview: ISO Code (If applicable) P19D206 Customer Symptom NA Fault Effect (On Vehicle) OBC will stop charging HV battery Lamp Status (If Any) NA DTC Detection Condition When VCU_ChrgSysOperCmd equal 0x2(WORK): CP Voltage out of Range CP Voltage < 5V or CP Voltage >7V Normal Operating Condition When VCU_ChrgSysOperCmd equal 0x2(WORK): CP Voltage in Normal range 5V =< CP Voltage <= 7V Probable Trouble Area 1) Gun not getting locked properly 2) Charging gun CP signal is abnormal Healing Condition Disconnect the gun and connect back after VCU sleep Write up for the system:- The component 3in1( DC-DC Converter, On-Board Charger and Power distribution unit)is used to charge LV battery, HV battery and act as junction box between HV power train components ( PTC, e-Compressor, HV battery, Fast Charging and MCU)
