Author: ERC Page: 232 of 301 Trouble Shooting:- DTC’s confirmation:- After rectification, ensure the following points before handing over the system to the customer 1) Replacement of ECU 2) Drive the vehicle on road and check the FATC Circuit Schematic Diagram: - Schematic shared separately in PDF. Component Location & Image:- NA Connector Location: - Behind the FATC ECU Body. Connector View & Information: NA Reset the ECU. Remove the power plug from ECU and reconnect after about 5 minutes Yes No IS DTC still present? Stop Replace the ECU. Is DTC Present? Yes No Stop 1. Connect the TML Diagnostic Tool. 2. Turn the Ignition ON . Check the status of DTC’s (Memorized/Current) 3 4. Record the DTC & Clear 5 . Turn Ignition OFF & ON 6. Verify If P0604 – 00 is present
