Kanger 3.0 DTC Troubleshooting Data Version: 1.0 Date: 24-July-2023 P192727:-OBC Discharge short circuit failure Overview: ISO Code (If applicable) P192727 Customer Symptom NA Fault Effect (On Vehicle) OBC will stop AC output during V2X mode Lamp Status (If Any) NA DTC Detection Condition This DTC gets logged if 1.V2X charging: AC_Volatage <= 60V, AC_Current >= 10A, and Timer > 60ms Normal Operating Condition AC_Volatage 220+/-10% and AC_Current <= 27A Probable Trouble Area V2X mode 1.V2L mode: Load side short circuit/unhealthy load 2.V2V mode:sink vehicle side short circuit 3.V2L adaptor /V2V gun side short circuit/damage 4.Short circuit at Source vehicle CC2 OBC AC harness 5.OBC output current detection circuit is abnormal Healing Condition Disconnect the V2X gun and connect back after 30sec, press V2X switch Write up for the system:- The component 3in1( DC-DC Converter, On-Board Charger and Power distribution unit)is used to charge LV battery, HV battery and act as junction box between HV power train components ( PTC, e-Compressor, HV battery, Fast Charging and MCU) .
