PSCM DTC Troubleshooting Guide for Mando EPAS Version: 1.1 Date: 14/01/2019 Author: E&E Chassis - ERC Page94 Annex-1 1. Remove the dashboard. 2. Access the PSCM Column and ECU under the dashboard. 3. Remove all the 4 connectors from ECU. 4. Remove the steering column from CCB. 5. Fix the new Steering column on CCB. 6. Connect all 4 connectors to the ECU. 7. Connect the Diagnostics tool to OBD connector. 8. Switch ON the Ignition Key without cranking the engine. 9. Enter in Extended Diagnostic Session and Unlock the ECU. 10. Ensure that U0100-08 DTC is not present. 11. Ensure Variant & tuning details are entered in the ECU. 12. Ensure that vehicle is idle and wheels are properly aligned in the straight direction . 13. Start Steering Wheel Angle Calibration routine 14. Switch Off the ignition and switch it On. 15. Ensure DTC C1315-54 is not in the memory. Process completed, switch off the ignition and disconnect the OBD cable.
