Nexon_WPCF ECU Service guide and replacement procedure Locate WPCF module from top side in given cut out and locator at 2 position in X dir. of trim. Tightening torque 2.5 ±0.2 Nm for flange head self-tapping Screw. Assemble Tray on trim cover and with the help of locator & A-Clip feature. Maintain the trim and ECU surface flushness of 0.5mm. Follow the mounting location guidelines as below: Figure 20: Mounting Location Guidelines 9) Connect back the wiring harness connector to the WPCF ECU connector. 10) Ensure that harness connector for the WPCF ECU connector is fitted tightly with applicable torque mentioned on the component drawing. 11) Assemble back the trim panel in console area. 12)Assemble design intended anti-skid mat in trim from top side with the help of snap feature.
