Lamp Status (If Any) HV critical alert lamp on cluster glows DTC Trigger Condition This DTC is logged when the inverter temperature increased more than 105℃. Probable Causes (Trouble Area) • Pressure drop in cooling system is more. • Coolant is in bad condition i.e. the ratio of water and glycol is not maintained (50:50). • Flow rate of the coolant is not maintained desired limit i.e. 8 to 12 LPM. • Traction Coolant line Leakage. • Low Coolant level. • High Coolant temperature. • Vehicle overloaded. • Cooling system failure/Vehicle overload Healing Condition Ignition Reset Write up for the system:- E-drive is a three in one unit which consist of Electric motor, Motor Controller Unit and Gear-Box, Where this unit draws power from the High voltage battery and convert that electric power into kinetic energy which helps to rotate the vehicle.
