Lamp Status (If Any) HV critical alert lamp on cluster glows DTC Trigger Condition This DTC is logged when the inverter temperature increased more than 105℃. Probable Causes (Trouble Area) • Pressure drop in cooling system is more. • Coolant is in bad condition i.e. the ratio of water and glycol is not maintained (50:50). • Flow rate of the coolant is not maintained desired limit i.e. 8 to 12 LPM. • Traction Coolant line Leakage. • Low Coolant level. • High Coolant temperature. • Vehicle overloaded. • Cooling system failure/Vehicle overload Healing Condition Ignition Reset Write up for the system:- E-drive is a three in one unit which consist of Electric motor, Motor Controller Unit and Gear-Box, Where this unit draws power from the High voltage battery and convert that electric power into kinetic energy which helps to rotate the vehicle. During braking vehicle kinetic energy convert in to electric energy.
