Fault Effect (On Vehicle) Vehicle goes from D-N Mode and Vehicle can’t be Cranked. Lamp Status (If Any) HV critical alert lamp on cluster glows DTC Trigger Condition This DTC gets logged if the HVDC bus supply to the E-drive greater than 430V. Probable Trouble Area Overvoltage: Battery malfunctioning. Battery contactor opens during regenerating mode. External power failure/Internal voltage detection circuit failure. During braking condition battery contactors gets open and EDrive is generating higher voltage. Healing Condition Ignition Reset Write up for the system:- E-drive is a three in one unit which consist of Electric motor, Motor Controller Unit and Gear-Box, Where this unit draws power from the High voltage battery and convert that electric power into kinetic energy which helps to rotate the vehicle.
