Kanger 2.0 DTC Troubleshooting Data Version: 1.0 Date: 15-Feb-2022 Pre-Check Points: a) Check 3in1 combo battery connector for damage b) Check the voltage of HV battery. c) Check for continuity of HV battery connector to PDU bus bar as per service manual Trouble Shooting:- Flow Diagram or table format for diagnosing the fault code Step no. Description Check Point if YES if NO 1 Remove the 12V LV battery negative terminal. After a minute connect the 12V LV battery negative terminal & "Ignition Switch" to ON position. Crank and wait for 2 minutes. Check for the fault code. Fault code P199F16 is Present? Go to step 2 Repair complete. 2 Check for HV battery DTC Is fault code is present? Go to HV Battery DTC trouble shooting document and clear the fault Go to step 3 3 Check for 3in1 50A fuse blown as per HV schematic below by checking fuse continuity Fuse blown? Replace fuse as per direction given in 3in1 service manual Go to step4 4 Check for dcdc input under voltage fault? Fault code P199F16 Is Present? Record local snapshot of DTC. Replace 3in1 combo Repair complete DTC’s confirmation:- After rectification, ensure the following points by referring DCDC parameters using TML diagnostic tool before handing over to customer. a) DCDC converter charging LV battery in the range of 8V to 16V b) OBC charges HV battery
