Trouble Shooting:- Start Read IVN DTCs in ECM Is MTO logged against RCM in current state? No (In history) Check continuity between ECM CAN_H (pin no. 132 ) to RCM CAN_H(Chamber A, pin no. 1) and ECM CAN_L (pin no. 144) to RCM CAN_L(Chamber A, pin no. 2) in vehicle wiring side connector. Is continuity there? Repair the wiring harness Clear DTC Stop Check Battery (Chamber A pin no. 12) and Ground (Chamber A pin no. 23, 7) of Restraint Control Module (RCM) is properly connected or not. Also check fuse blown (10 Amp) Do necessary repair in the harness Yes Yes No U0151-31 Loss of communication with Restraint Control Module- Bus Signals/ Message Failures
