Intermittent CAM signal loss 2. Foreign particles on camshaft flag 3. CAM Sensor connector loose connection 4. Crank sensor air gap out of range, Weak crank signal, Crank sensor tip damage, Flywheel teeth misalignment 5. CAM sensor air gap out of range 6. ECU connector pin backout or loose connection 7. Electrical wiring damage or loose connection 8. Wiring connector breakage 9. ECU terminal pin damage or bend 10. CAM Sensor malfunctioning 11. Timing shift 1. CE Lamp ON 2. Late cranking 3. Reduced Vehicle Performance Lamp status: Check Engine Lamp on Malfunction Indicator Lamp off Checkpoints: 1. Check Battery Voltage at Ignition off (Nominal Range 11.5V ~ 12.8V) Trouble Shooting Steps: Sr. No. Steps Specifications Step 1 Check whether the CAM sensor connector is connected properly - Step 2 Check whether the ECU connector is connected properly - Step 3 Check for continuity between sensor connector pins 1, 2, 3 and ECU pins A58, A76, A43 respectively. If there is any missing continuity, correct the wiring. Check the End to end continuity using multimeter Step 4 Check for any damage or bend in ECU terminal pin -
