Check Battery Voltage at Ignition off (Nominal Range 11.5V ~ 12.8V) Trouble Shooting Steps: Sr. No. Steps Specifications Step 1 Check whether the CAM sensor connector is connected properly - Step 2 Check whether the ECU connector is connected properly - Step 3 Check for continuity between sensor connector pins 1, 2, 3 and ECU pins A58, A76, A43 respectively. If there is any missing continuity, correct the wiring. Check the End to end continuity using multimeter Step 4 Check for any damage or bend in ECU terminal pin - Step 5 Check the CAM flag for any damage or foreign deposits. Clean the foreign particles - Step 6 Check sensor physically. Check for any foreign particles sticking to the sensor and clean it. Replace the sensor, if found damaged - Step 7 Check the timing belt. Check whether the setting of timing is correct. Correct it, if abnormal. - Step 8 If there is no issue with any of the above-mentioned check points. Replace the sensor and check - Associated Parameters: Parameter Label Description DID Monitoring Crank synchronisation enabled Label displaying the synchronization of CAM and Crank FE5D True if the crank and cam synchronisation is done Verification condition: Drive the vehicle in city and highway condition for 20 mins
