Low resistance in cylinder 1 injector circuit. 2. Connector damage of cylinder 1 3. Wiring harness discontinuity of cylinder 1 1.CE Lamp ON 2. Vehicle starts with abnormal noise and vibration. 3. Reduced Vehicle Performance 4. Disabled drive mode option Lamp status: Check Engine Lamp on Malfunction Indicator Lamp off Checkpoints: 1. Check Battery Voltage at key on (Nominal range 11.5V – 12.8V) Trouble Shooting Steps: Sr. No. Steps Specifications Step 1 Switch off the ignition. Wait for ten seconds. Check the injector connector. Disconnect and reconnect it properly. Check if the problem is fixed. If not, continue to next step. - Step 2 Check the ECU Connection: 1] Key off. 2] Remove the ECU Connector. 3] Connect ECU connector Properly. 4] Key on and Read the faults - Step 3 Check wiring harness for circuit continuity between injector connectors and ECU connector - Cylinder 1 injector pins 1,2 to ECU pins A23, A02 respectively. If there is any missing continuity, correct it. - Step 4 Check for any ECU terminal backout or pin damage or bend. If any electrical isolation is found replace the wiring harness and check for the fault. -
