Coolant sensor wiring short circuit to ground 2. Coolant temp sensor loose connection 3. Electrical wiring damage 4. ECU terminal loose connection 5. Coolant Sensor malfunctioning 1.MIL Lamp On 2.Cylinder balancing disabled 3.Reduced vehicle performance 4. Disabled drive mode option Lamp status: Check Engine Lamp off Malfunction Indicator Lamp on Checkpoints: Check Battery Voltage at Ignition off (Nominal Range 11.5V ~ 12.8V) Trouble Shooting Steps: Sr. No. Steps Specifications Step 1 Check the coolant sensor connector is connected properly. Remove and connect again properly - Step 2 Check for continuity between sensor connector pins 1, 2, and ECU pins A35, A4 respectively. - Step 3 Check for any damage or bend in ECU terminal pin - Step 4 Check the ECU connector is connected properly - Step 5 Check the sensor physically for any damage. - Step 6 If the problem persists, replace the sensor - Verification condition: Drive the vehicle in city and highway condition.
