Remove and connect again properly - Step 2 Check for continuity between sensor connector pins 1, 3, 2 and ECU pins A57, A49, A45 respectively. If discontinuity is observed, correct the wiring. - Step 3 Check whether the ECU connector is connected properly - Step 4 Check the ECU terminal pin for any damage or bend - Step 5 Check the DP sensor physically for any damage - Step 6 If the problem persists, replace the sensor - Verification condition: Drive the vehicle in city and highway condition. Circuit description: The differential pressure sensor measures the pressure drop between two points in the flow pattern. Two points are connected across DPF and pressure difference between these two points helps the ECU to find the soot loaded in the DPF. Circuit Schematic Diagram: Component location and image:
