DPF is regenerating frequently 2. Aging of DP sensor 3. DP sensor loose connection 4. Electrical wiring damage 5. ECU connector loose connection 6. DP sensor malfunctioning 7. Clogging of DPF 8. Leakage in intake air path 9. ECU terminal pin damage or bend 1.CE Lamp ON 2. Increase in oil level 3. Oil thinning 3. Mileage deterioration Lamp status: Check Engine Lamp on Malfunction Indicator Lamp off Checkpoints: 1. Check whether there is any fault related to DP sensor, MDP or other electrical faults related to AMF, EGR, DP sensor, Injector, VGT, Throttle, WRAF and other FIE relevant faults. If found, address it first. Trouble Shooting Steps: Sr. No. Steps Specifications Step 1 Check connector of DP sensor and catalyst temperature sensor are connected properly. Remove and connect again properly - Step 2 Check for continuity between sensor connector pins 1, 3, 2 and ECU pins A57, A49, A45 respectively and for catalyst temperature sensors. - Step 3 Check whether the ECU connector is connected properly - Step 4 Check whether the ECU terminal pin for any damage or bend - Step 5 Check the DP sensors physically for any damage - Step 7 Check intake air path (hoses) & exhaust path for leakage and correct, if leaking -
