Soot inside DPF - Calculated using DP sensor is high 2. Clogging of DPF with soot due to improper DPF regen 3. Vehicle not driven as recommended in user manual 4. DPF Brick movement. 5. DP sensor hoses clogged with dust 6. DP Sensor loose connection 7. ECU connector loose connection/ Pin backout 8. DP Sensor malfunctioning 9. Aging of DP sensor 1.CE Lamp ON 2. Reduced vehicle performance 3. Disabled drive mode option Lamp status: Check Engine Lamp on Malfunction Indicator Lamp off DPF lamp blinking Checkpoints: 1. Check sensor supply voltage for Differential pressure is 5V 2. Check for any other faults related Injector, VGT, EGR, AMF, DP sensor etc. If present, address it first.
