Soot inside DPF - Calculated from Engine out model is high 2. Clogging of DPF with soot 3. Vehicle not driven as recommended in user manual 1.CE Lamp ON 2. Reduced vehicle performance 3. Disabled drive mode option Lamp status: Check Engine Lamp on Malfunction Indicator Lamp off DPF lamp blinking Checkpoints: 1. Check sensor Voltages for Differential pressure. (5V) 2. Check for any other faults related Injector, VGT, EGR, AMF, DP sensor etc. If present, address it first. Trouble Shooting Steps: Sr. No. Steps Specifications Step 1 If vehicle is not driven in suitable conditions mentioned in the user manual, DPF filter will be overloaded with soot - Step 2 Check air path leakage. Arrest leakage, if any - Step 3 Do Service regen of DPF. DP lamp should go off and tool should result positive in end of regen Follow DPF regeneration procedure mentioned in service manual.
