ECU terminal pin damage or bend 1.MIL Lamp ON 2.Engine will go into Limp home mode 3. Drive mode may get disabled Lamp status: Check Engine Lamp off Malfunction Indicator Lamp on Checkpoints: 1. Check battery voltage at ignition off (Nominal Range 11.5V to 12.8V) Trouble Shooting Steps: Sr. No. Steps Specifications Step 1 Check IMV connector is connected properly. Remove and connect again properly - Step 2 Check for continuity between IMV sensor connector pins 1, 2 and ECU pins (B3 or B5 or B6) T87, A25, respectively. - Step 3 Check the ECU terminal pin for any damage or bend - Step 4 Check for any connector damage or pin backout in ECU connector or IMV connector or rail pressure sensor connector - Step 5 Check the IMV and rail pressure sensor physically for any damage - Step 6 If the problem persists, replace the HP pump - Verification condition: Drive the vehicle in city and highway condition.
