ECU terminal pin damage or bend 1.MIL Lamp ON Lamp status: Check Engine Lamp off Malfunction Indicator Lamp on Checkpoints: 1. Check battery voltage at Ignition off (Nominal Range ~11.5 V to 12.8V)) Trouble Shooting Steps: Sr. No. Steps Specifications Step 1 Check whether the IMV connector is connected properly. Remove and connect again properly - Step 2 Check for continuity between IMV sensor connector pins 1, 2 and ECU pins (B3 or B5 or B6) T87, A25, respectively. - Step 3 Check the ECU terminal pin for any damage or bend - Step 4 Check for any connector damage or pin backout in ECU connector or IMV connector or rail pressure sensor connector - Step 5 Check the IMV and rail pressure sensor physically - Step 6 If the problem persists, replace the HP pump - Verification condition: Drive the vehicle in city and highway condition.
