Rail Pressure crossed maximum operational limit 2. ECU connector Pin loose connection/Pin Backout 3. PLV in common rail is stuck closed 4. Improper rail pressure discharge through RVD (injector) 5. Intermittent OC or SC in IMV wiring, IMV stuck open or IMV stickiness 1. CE Lamp ON 2. Engine will go into Limp home mode. 3. Drive mode may get disabled Lamp status: Check Engine Lamp on Malfunction Indicator Lamp off Checkpoints: 1. Check Battery Voltage at Ignition off (Nominal Range 11.5V ~ 12.8V) 2. Check for any other electrical faults related to rail pressure sensor, IMV, injector or any injector functional fault is present. If present, address it first. Trouble Shooting Steps: Sr. No. Steps Specifications Step 1 Check whether the IMV, rail pressure sensor and ECU connector are connected properly. Remove and connect again properly - Step 2 Check the IMV, rail pressure sensor, ECU for any pin damage, pin backout. Check for any damage or bend in ECU pin - Step 3 Check for continuity between IMV sensor connector pins 1, 2 and ECU pins (B3, B5 or B6)T87, A25, respectively. -
