This document must not be used in any w ay, such as copying and redistributing to third parties, w ithout our consent Trouble Shooting Steps: Sr. No. Steps Specifications Step 1 Check the Battery voltage at ignition off. If Voltage out of Range, correct battery Nominal range – 11.5 V ~ 12.8V Step 2 Check if injector connector is fitted properly. Rectify if necessary - Step 3 Check for pin back outs on injector and ECU connector. Rectify if necessary - Step 4 Check for wiring harness circuit continuity between Cylinder 2 injector pins 1,2 to ECU pins A65, A86 respectively. Also Cylinder 3 injector pins 1,2 to ECU pins A64, A85 respectively. If there is any missing continuity, correct it. Refer circuit diagram Step 5 If the problem persists, Replace ECU - Verification condition: Drive the vehicle in city and highway condition. Component Details: The Solenoid Valve Injectors are used to inject the desired fuel quantity based on the engine operating conditions into the combustion chamber.
