Check wiring harness connections related to injector circuit Trouble Shooting Steps: Sr. No. Steps Specifications Step 1 Check the Battery voltage. If Voltage out of Range, correct / recharge battery Nominal range – 11.5 V ~ 12.8V Step 2 Check if injector connector is fitted properly. Rectify if necessary - Step 3 Check for pin back outs on injector and ECU connector. Rectify if necessary - Step 4 Check the ECU terminal pin for any damage or bend - Step 5 Check for wiring harness circuit continuity between Cylinder 1 injector pins 1,2 to ECU pins A23, A02 respectively. Also Cylinder 4 injector pins 1,2 to ECU pins A22, A01 respectively. If there is any missing continuity, correct it. Refer circuit diagram Step 6 If problem persists, Replace ECU - Component Details: The Solenoid Valve Injectors are used to inject the desired fuel quantity based on the engine operating conditions into the combustion chamber.
