Cylinder 1 injector open circuit 2. Cylinder 1 Injector connector not connected or loose 3. Wiring harness damage 4. Faulty injector 5. Faulty ECU 6. ECU terminal pin damage or bend 1. MIL Lamp ON 2. Idle speed raised 3. Reduced performance 4. Vehicle Misfire possible 5. Vehicle might not start 6. NOx, DPF regeneration inhibited. Lamp status: Check Engine Lamp off Malfunction Indicator Lamp on Checkpoints: 1. Check for battery voltage at Ignition off (nominal range - 11.5V to 12.8V) Trouble Shooting Steps: Sr. No. Steps Specifications Step 1 Check if the injector connector is fitted properly. Rectify if necessary - Step 2 Check for any pin back out on injector or ECU connector. Rectify if necessary - Step 3 Check the ECU terminal pin for any damage or bend - Step 4 Check for wiring harness circuit continuity between Cylinder 1 injector pins 1,2 to ECU pins A23, A02 respectively. If there is any missing continuity, correct it. Refer circuit diagram Step 5 Check injector coil electrical continuity Replace injector if continuity is not present - Step 6 If problem persists, Replace ECU -
