This document must not be used in any w ay, such as copying and redistributing to third parties, w ithout our consent Trouble Shooting Steps: Sr. No. Steps Specifications Step 1 Check the Battery voltage at ignition off Nominal range: 11.5V – 12.8 V Step 2 Check if injector connector is fitted properly. Rectify if necessary - Step 3 Check for any pin back out in injector or ECU connector. Rectify if necessary - Step 4 Check the ECU terminal pin for any damage or bend - Step 5 Check for any cross continuity between injector connector pins 1 to 2. Rectify if necessary Refer circuit diagram Step 6 Check injector coil electrical continuity Replace injector if continuity not present - Step 7 If problem persists, Replace ECU - Verification condition: Drive the vehicle in city and highway condition. Component Details: The Solenoid Valve Injectors are used to inject the desired fuel quantity based on the engine operating conditions into the combustion chamber.
