Clogged fuel filter 2. Contaminated fuel 3. Fuel filter clog Sensor electrical line short to ground 4. Incorrect priming pump 5. Leakage in LPC (Tank to HP pump, Injector back leak, HP pump return line to tank) 6. Fuel tank strainer is choked 7. Air trap in LPC lines 8. ECU terminal pin damage or bend 1. CE Lamp ON 2.Poor pickup Lamp status: Check Engine Lamp on Malfunction Indicator Lamp off Checkpoints: 1. Check whether the fuel used is contaminated 2. Check for any electrical faults related to ECU like VEXT fault etc. If present, address it first. Trouble Shooting Steps: Sr. No. Steps Specifications Step 1 Check the fuel lines for leakage and arrest if leak is observed - Step 2 Check for continuity between fuel filter clog sensor connector pins and ECU pins - Step 3 Check the ECU terminal pin for any damage or bend - Step 4 Check for presence of air in the fuel lines. Do priming by at least 5 to 10 strokes. - Step 5 Check for the proper fitment of the connector at fuel filter clog sensor - Step 6 Check the fuel filter for any damage -
