Cylinder 4 injector MDP offset learning trims crossed minimum limit 2. Fuel Contamination leading to excessive injector wear 3. Injector 4 not working correctly 4. Compression leak 5. Combustion leak near injectors 6. Abnormal driving pattern - Frequent sudden braking, pressing clutch in decelerations, Putting neutral gear in decelerations, unnecessary breaking 13. 1.CE Lamp ON 14. 2.Engine may have abnormal noise and vibrations. 15. 3.Reduced vehicle performance. 16. 4. Disabled drive mode option Lamp status: Check Engine Lamp on Malfunction Indicator Lamp off Checkpoints: 1. Check I3C values (Injector code) of injector 1 is rightly entered (Do not rewrite). 2. Check for any other faults related to Injector electrical connections, Cam, crank, accelerator pedal, Clutch, brake is present. If present, address it first Trouble Shooting Steps: Sr. No. Steps Specifications Step 1 Check the cleanliness of fuel lines and tank, if found contaminated, clean it. - Step 2 Check for combustion leak near injector while the engine is running. If found leaking, remove the injector and refit it properly. - Step 3 Check correct clutch switch setting.(Follow clutch switch checking procedure given in checking procedure under system data) - Step 4 Check for any compression leak. Compression pressure should be greater than 17 to 20 bar. If not, check for any compression leakage in the cylinder head and arrest it - Step 5 Perform SPCS using service tool and check the learnt MDP offset values. Check again, Whether the fault repeats Coolant temperature > 70 deg C
