Very High Coolant Temperature(>115degC) 2. Thermostat is not working properly 3. Lack of coolant flow 4. Fan not working properly 5. Lack of air flow in engine cabin 6. Air ingress in coolant line 7. Inverse connection of Coolant sensor connector 8. Fan reverse rotation -very rare 9. Oil enter in intake manifold 10. ECU terminal pin damage or bend 1.CE Lamp ON 2. Reduced vehicle performance Lamp status: Check Engine Lamp on Malfunction Indicator Lamp off Checkpoints: 1. Check cluster for coolant lamp. 2. Check for any other faults related to FAN electrical connections or ECU is present. If present, address it first. Trouble Shooting Steps: Sr. No. Steps Specifications Step 1 Check whether the coolant sensor connector is inversely connected. If found wrong, connect it properly - Step 2 Check Coolant Level, if Necessary Top Up Coolant - Step 3 Check the ECU terminal pin for any damage or bend - Step 4 Check if Low Speed and High-Speed Fan Works Properly using service tool. If not working, check fan electrical fault - Step 5 Check whether the radiator is damaged or any dust covering the radiator -
