Fuel leakage 2. Fuel tank strainer clogged 3. No fuel flow in LPC line – Tank to HP pump inlet, HP pump return to tank, Injector back leak. 4. IMV stuck closed 5. Fuel filter clogged 6. Fuel injection HP pump failure, Priming pump or venturi blockage, LPC line blockage or leakage, 7. High injector backleak, Injector control valve stuck open. 1. CE lamp ON 2. Activates delayed engine stop request 3. Disables engine drive mode i.e. Sport mode, Eco mode Lamp status: Check Engine Lamp on Malfunction Indicator Lamp off Check points: Check for IMV, fuel filter, rail pressure sensors related electrical faults. If present, address it first. Troubleshooting steps: Sr. No. Steps Specifications Step 1 Check Rail Pressure sensor electrically for open or short - Step 2 Check continuity between sensor connector pins 1, 2, 3 and ECU connector pins 40, 19, 46 respectively. - Step 3 Check for fuel leakage - Step 4 Check if fuel tank strainer and fuel filter are clogged - Step 5 Check for proper fuel flow in LPC line - Step 6 Check if IMV is mechanically stuck closed IMV current feedback should be less than 800 mA
