Throttle position learning deviation is high between two successive learning events. 2. Damage in intake throttle flap/Bore or gear train inside throttle body 3. Throttle position Sensor has intermittent open or short internally 4. Electrical loose connection/Pin backout in throttle connector 5. Water or Corrosion in connector or sensor 6. ECU terminal pin bend or damage 1. CE Lamp ON 2. Intermittent stumble on acceleration or deceleration 3. Abnormal vehicle behavior 4. Engine may not start Lamp status: Check Engine Lamp on Malfunction Indicator Lamp off Checkpoints: Check for any other faults like AMF faults, ECU faults, electrical faults related to Intake throttle etc are present. If present, address it first. Trouble Shooting Steps: Sr. No. Steps Specifications Step 1 Check throttle position sensor electrically for open or short in ECU pins – A42, A60, A66, A87 - Step 2 Check wiring harness for any damage (Burnt/cut wire or connector). Check the ECU terminal pin for any damage or bend - Step 3 Check connection at throttle position sensor. Disconnect and reconnect properly -
