O2 sensor 1 heater circuit failure 2. Heater unit in the O2 sensor 1 malfunctioning 3. O2 sensor 1failure 4. Wiring/connectors broken/frayed leading to sensor and/or relay 5. ECU terminal pin damage or bend 6. ECU connector pin backout 1. MIL Lamp ON 2. Reduced vehicle performance 3. Disabled drive mode option Lamp status: Check Engine Lamp off Malfunction Indicator Lamp on Check points: Check for electrical connections and battery voltage (nominal range 11.5V ~ 12.8V) Check for any battery or ECU related faults. If present, address it first. Trouble Shooting Steps: Sr. No. Steps Specifications Step 1 Check whether the O2 sensor 1 connector is connected properly. - Step 2 Check whether the ECU connector is connected properly - Step 3 Check the continuity between O2 sensor 1 pins 1,2,3,4 and ECU pins B3 or B5 or B6, B74, B26, B10respectively.
