WRAF heater sensor 2 short to battery 2. O2 sensor2 heater failure 3. Wiring/connectors broken/frayed leading to sensor and/or relay 4. ECU terminal damage or bend 5. ECU connector pin backout 1. CE Lamp ON Lamp status: Check Engine Lamp on Malfunction Indicator Lamp off Check points: Check for electrical connections and battery voltage (nominal range 11.5V ~ 12.8V) Check for any battery or ECU related faults. If present, address it first. Trouble Shooting Steps: Sr. No. Steps Specifications Step 1 Check whether the O2 sensor 2 connector is connected properly. - Step 2 Check whether the ECU connector is connected properly - Step 3 Check the continuity between O2 sensor 2 pins 1,2,3,4 and ECU pins B3 or B5 or B6, B57, B25, B7respectively. Check whether the supply voltage is 12 V at lambda sensor pin no. 1 - Step 4 Check the ECU terminal pin for any damage or bend. Check the ECU connector for any pin backout - Step 5 Check for O2 sensor functionality. Check whether it is reading values O2 sensor functions only after “Before DPF temperature” crosses
