Check Electrical connections Trouble Shooting Steps: Sr. No. Steps Specifications Step 1 Check whether the Intake throttle actuator connector is connected properly. Remove and connect again properly - Step 2 Check for continuity between sensor connector pins 1, 2, 3, 5 and ECU pins A87, A66,A42,A60 respectively. Check supply voltage of 12 V at throttle actuator connector pin no.4 - Step 3 Check the Intake throttle physically for any damage - Step 4 If the problem persists, replace the ECU - Circuit Description: ECM in accordance with engine and driving conditions gives an electric output to directly drive a DC motor (Part of Throttle valve) which in turn drives the Throttle valve. Hence ECM indirectly controls the opening and closing of Throttle valve.
