Remove and connect again properly - Step 2 Check for continuity between Throttle connector 1,2,3,5 and ECU pins A87, A66, A42, A60 respectively. Check supply voltage of 12 V at throttle actuator connector pin no.4 - Step 3 Check the Intake throttle physically for any damage/corrosion - Step 4 Perform throttle valve learning routines using service tool and check whether the fault is cleared before learning the throttle through service tool, Make sure all wiring connectors are connected properly especially the throttle connector Step 5 Perform throttle actuator test using service tool. At engine not running condition, Demand 0% and 100% of throttle position.
