High IMV current trim 2. Pressure Limiting Valve malfunction 3. Leakage in HP lines 4. Internal Leakage in HP Pump 5. Injector is faulty 6. Improper rail pressure discharge through RVD, Sticky IMV, Injector or IMV lackering, IMV partially stuck 7. Any one injector improper injection, Injector wiring connector partially cut 8. ECU Pin loose connection 9. ECU terminal pin damage or bend 10. ECU connector pin backout 1. CE Lamp ON 2. Reduced vehicle performance 3. Disabled drive mode option Lamp status: Check Engine Lamp on Malfunction Indicator Lamp off Checkpoints: 1. Check Battery Voltage at Ignition off (Nominal Range 11.5V ~ 12.8V) Trouble Shooting Steps: Sr. No. Steps Specifications Step 1 Check if the IMV connector is connected properly. Remove and connect again properly - Step 2 Check for continuity between IMV sensor connector pins 1, 2 and ECU pins (B3, B5 or B6)T87, A25, respectively. - Step 3 Check the ECU connectors for proper fitment. Step 4 Check the ECU terminal pin for any damage or bend. Check the ECU connector for any pin backout -
