High IMV current trim 2. Pressure Limiting Valve malfunction 3. Leakage in HP lines 4. Internal Leakage in HP Pump 5. Injector is faulty 6. ECU Pin loose connection 7. ECU connector pin backout 8. ECU terminal pin damage or bend 1. CE Lamp ON 2. Reduced vehicle performance 3. Disabled drive mode option Lamp status: Check Engine Lamp on Malfunction Indicator Lamp off Checkpoints: 1. Check Battery Voltage at Ignition Off (nominal range 11.5V ~ 12.8 V) Trouble Shooting Steps: Sr. No. Steps Specifications Step 1 Check if the connector is connected properly. Remove and connect again properly - Step 2 Check for continuity between IMV sensor connector pins 1, 2 and ECU pins (B3, B5 or B6)T87, A25, respectively. - Step 3 Check the ECU terminal pin for any damage or bend. Check the ECU connector for any pin backout - Step 4 Check for Leakage in High Pressure Circuit - Step 5 Check the IMV sensor physically - Step 6 If the problem persists, perform injector backleak test and HP diagnostics test using Delphi DDS service tool If found abnormal, replace the injector
