No MDP offset learning update happen due to environmental conditions defined by update strategy in zone 2 (Rail pressure between - 400 to 1000 bar). 2. Presence of IMV, rail, coolant, injector electric, Cam, Crank etc faults 3. Abnormal driving pattern - Frequent sudden braking, pressing clutch in decelerations, Putting neutral gear in decelerations, unnecessary breaking 21. 1.CE Lamp ON 22. 2. Engine may have abnormal noise and vibrations. 23. 3. Reduced vehicle performance. 24. 4. Disabled drive mode option Lamp status: Check Engine Lamp on Malfunction Indicator Lamp off Checkpoints: 1. Check for any other faults related to IMV, rail pressure, coolant sensor, Injector electrical connections, Cam, crank, accelerator pedal, Clutch, brake is present. If present, address it first Trouble Shooting Steps: Sr. No. Steps Specifications Step 1 Check the Injector with Buzz/ Splash Test - Step 2 Do injector back leak test. If the test is not ok, replace the injector. - Step 3 Perform SPCS. - Step 4 Then drive the vehicle in 3rd gear to vehicle speed above 60kmph, then release the accelerator pedal till the vehicle speed drops to 30kmph. Avoid applying brake unless required. Repeat this driving cycle no of times at least 15 to 20 minutes. Engine coolant temperature > 70 deg C Step 5 Check If Injector MDP offset trims are Updated Successfully - Verification condition: Drive the vehicle in city and highway condition as mentioned in step 4.
