No MDP offset learning update happen due to the update strategy which fails in zone 3 (Rail pressure above 1000 bar). 2. Abnormal driving pattern - Frequent sudden braking, pressing clutch in decelerations, Putting neutral gear in decelerations, unnecessary breaking 3. Any other fault present 4. Frequent abort of SPC. 1. CE Lamp ON 2. Engine may have abnormal noise and vibrations. 3. Reduced vehicle performance 4. Disabled drive mode option Lamp status: Check Engine Lamp on Malfunction Indicator Lamp off Checkpoints: 1. Check for any other faults related to IMV, rail pressure, coolant sensor, Injector electrical connections, Cam, crank, accelerator pedal, Clutch, brake is present. If present, address it first Trouble Shooting Steps: Sr. No. Steps Specifications Step 1 Check the Injector with Buzz/ Splash Test - Step 2 Perform SPCS. - Step 3 Then drive the vehicle in 3rd gear to vehicle speed above 60kmph, then release the accelerator pedal till the vehicle speed drops to 30kmph. Avoid applying brake unless required. Repeat this driving cycle no of times at least 15 to 20 minutes. Coolant temperature > 70 deg C Step 4 Check If Injector MDP offset trims are Updated Successfully - Verification condition: Drive the vehicle in city and highway condition as mentioned in step 3.
