If present, address it first. Trouble Shooting Steps: Sr. No. Steps Specifications Step 1 Check whether the rail pressure sensor connector is connected properly - Step 2 Check whether the ECU connector is connected properly - Step 3 Check for continuity between sensor connector pins 1, 2, 3 and ECU connector pins 40, 19, 46 respectively - Step 4 Check the ECU terminal pin for any damage or bend. Check the ECU connector for any pin backout - Step 5 Check whether the Fuel Level in Fuel Tank is very low - Step 6 Check for Leakage/Bends/Crimps in High Pressure Circuit - Step 7 Check for The Bends/Crimps in Low Pressure Circuit – Tank to HP pump, HP pump to Tank & Back leak - Step 8 If the issue is seen only in foot off then it is due to improper RVD (injector). If the issue is in foot off and foot on also then it is due to IMV. Refer step 10 Step 9 Change the Fuel Filter if the vehicle has crossed the distance limit - Step 10 Perform HP diagnostics and Back leak test using Delphi DDS tool. Check whether Injector results are within limit. If found abnormal, change the injector. Hydraulic test for IMV using Delphi DDS tool.
