Check the ECU connector for any pin backout - Step 5 Clean the water deposits or corrosion in the VGT connector - Step 6 Perform VGT learning routine service using TML service tool Coolant temperature > 80 deg, C, Battery voltage > 12 V, No electrical faults related to VGT should be present Step 7 If the problem persists, replace the VGT - Associated Parameters: Parameter Label Description DID Monitoring VGT actuator position demand High-pressure VGT actuator position demand FE B4 Both should match with error < 10% when engine is running VGT actuator position High-pressure VGT actuator position FE B7 Verification condition: Warm up the engine above 80degC and do key off till power latch twice to confirm whether the fault is cleared.
