High error between O2 sensor 1 and 2 2. Either of the O2 Sensor is drifted 3. Carbon Buildup on O2 Sensors 4. Excessive Exhaust leak 5. Leakage/Damage in DP tubes 6. Corroded or damaged connector 7. Faulty or damaged wiring 8. DOC poisoned 9. ECU connector pin backout 10. ECU terminal pin damage or bend 1. CE Lamp ON 2. Increased fuel consumption Lamp status: Check Engine Lamp on Malfunction Indicator Lamp off Check points: Check for any AMF, EGR, Throttle, MDP, VGT, ADC, Injector, DOC related faults. Check for any pin backout in lambda sensor connector - Step 4 Check the ECU terminal pin for any damage or bend.
