ECU connector loose connection 2. ECU hardware malfunction 1. CE Lamp On 2. Engine won’t start Lamp status: Check Engine Lamp on Malfunction Indicator Lamp off Checkpoints: Check Battery Voltage at Ignition off (Nominal range - 11.5V to 12.8V) Trouble Shooting Steps: Sr. No. Steps Specifications Step 1 Check ECU connector is connected properly - Step 2 Check all sensor connectors are connected properly & working correctly - Step 3 If the problem persists, replace the ECU - Verification: Drive the vehicle in city and highway condition Circuit Description: C3MIO provides some feedbacks to HWI layer about its internal functioning, as: whether C3MIO is enabled or disabled, in reset or test mode, it open circuited, is it in power on reset since the last SPI communication. The “state” diagnostic will provide the answer of these questions. Each time HWI layer will notice a fault on one of these feedbacks, it will set a diagnostic error, which will be available through the dedicated API call. Circuit Schematic Diagram:
