ECU connector loose connection 2. ECU hardware malfunction 1. CE Lamp On 2. Engine won’t start Lamp status: Check Engine Lamp on Malfunction Indicator Lamp off Checkpoints: Check Battery Voltage at Ignition off (Nominal range - 11.5V to 12.8V) Trouble Shooting Steps: Sr. No. Steps Specifications Step 1 Check ECU connector is connected properly - Step 2 Check all sensor connectors are connected properly & working correctly - Step 3 If the problem persists, replace the ECU - Verification: Drive the vehicle in city and highway condition. Circuit Description: This fault is raised when the NVM diagnostic detect a hard error on the NVM device. This fault represents an NVM Device error, so, it should be logged in NVM. This fault is set if an unexpected error is detected in NVM during the power-up phase. Except in any specific conditions (First ECU power UP, load a new software version), all NVM data’s must be found in NVM device without any error. Circuit Schematic Diagram: NA
