Is there wiring harness electrical continuity between ECUpins93 & GP mini relay (40A) pin 86, ECU pin 94 &Glow plug micro Relay (20A) pin 87. Also Check continuity between the Mini relay pin 87 & GP1, GP2, GP3 and micro relay pin 87 & GP4. Go to Step 3 Establish continuity by rectifying harness connections as per the circuit schematic 3. Are there any pins damaged at Glow plug/EMS ECU Connector Replace the connector or wiring harness Go to step 4 4 Are there any pins backed out from the Glow plug/EMS ECU Connector Rectify/Replace Connectors Go to Step 5 5 Is EMS ECU signal Pin A93 or pin A94, open circuited?. Repair the harness as per the schematic Go to Step 6 6 Is glow plug physically Damaged Replace Glow plug Go to Step 7 7 Fault Still Persists? Replace glow plug and then Fault still persists then call hot line Follow the steps again for reconfirmation DTC’s confirmation (checks before handing over vehicle to customer): After rectification perform actuator test for Glow plugs and ensure the result is positive Check the errors at Ignition ON, engine running @ Idle & Flyup with different vehicle speeds also If error present, then rectify the errors. Confirm that there are no errors logged by EMS before handing over vehicle to customer Circuit Schematic Diagram:
