Probable Trouble Area Clutch Sensor, ECU, Grounding points, Wiring harness. Healing Condition Ignition OFF to ON Component Details: Clutch Sensor (Hall Effect Sensor) provides two digital inputs to EMS regarding the Clutch Pedal Top travel (40 % Pedal press) & Clutch pedal bottom travel (90% pedal press). Clutch pedal top travel input will be used for Vehicle drivability improvement and Clutch pedal bottom travel input will be used for starter motor control, Current gear display and Gear Shift Indication functions. Preliminary Checks  Check whether the customer voice / view about the issue is matching with the fault effects mentioned above. If yes, go ahead with next steps. If not, check for other DTC’s presence.  Check whether similar complaints are earlier reported. If yes, perform the preliminary checks with respect to earlier issue closure.  Check whether the clutch pedal connector is connected or not. Refit the connector tightly.  Check the clutch sensor gap between the Sensor Magnet and pedal as per the Sensor mounting specification and if deviations found then perform the necessary repairs.  Check whether the Clutch sensor is getting power supply at its Pin 1.  Read the Clutch State parameter in Diagnostic tool: d) When pedal is not pressed – Clutch Engaged e) When Pedal is partially pressed – Clutch Disengaged f) When the pedal is fully pressed – Clutch Fully disengaged Air Gap Requirement:
