No (In history) 1. Check continuity between ECM CAN_H to RCM CAN_H and ECM CAN_L to RCM CAN_L in vehicle wiring side connector. 2. Check if RCM ECU fuses are blown. 3. Also, check RCM ECU is powered up properly. RCM Battery, IGN and GND connected properly with RCM ECU. Is continuity there? Repair the wiring harness if continuity is not there Clear DTC Stop Yes Yes No U0151-31: Lost of communication with Restrain Control Module- Bus Signal/Message Failure Check the continuity between ECM CAN_L & IPC CAN_L And ECM CAN_H & IPC CAN_H In vehicle side connectors Check the resistance between ECM CANH and ECM CANL of ECM connector in vehicle wiring harness. (with IPC connected on the vehicle) Is Resistance R = 120 ohm ? No Yes
