DPF is malfunctioning 2. Aging of DP sensor 3. Improper DP Sensor tubes connection 4. Electrical wiring damage 5. Intermittently DP sensor reading abnormal values 6. Exhaust Leakage 7. ECU terminal pin damage or bend 1.MIL Lamp ON 2.Black smoke in tailpipe 3. Disabled drive mode option 4. Reduced vehicle performance Lamp status: Check Engine Lamp off Malfunction Indicator Lamp on Checkpoints: Check whether there is any fault related to DP sensor, MDP or other electrical faults related to AMF, EGR, DP sensor, Injector, VGT, Throttle, WRAF and other FIE relevant faults. If found, address it first. Trouble Shooting Steps: Sr. No. Steps Specifications Step 1 Check whether the DP sensor connector is connected properly. Remove and connect again properly - Step 2 Check for continuity between sensor connector pins 1, 3, 2 and ECU pins A57, A49, A45 respectively. - Step 3 Check whether the ECU connector is connected properly - Step 4 Check the ECU terminal pin for any damage or bend - Step 5 Check whether the DP sensor tubes are connected properly without any damage or leakage - Step 6 Check for black smoke in tailpipe during free acceleration and take off -
