Alternator warning LED open circuit 2. ECU connector pin back out 3. ECU terminal pin damage or bend 1. CE Lamp ON 2. Alternator warning Lamp ON Lamp status: Check Engine Lamp on Malfunction Indicator Lamp off Alternator Warning Lamp on Checkpoint: Check battery voltage (nominal 11.5V ~ 14V) Trouble Shooting Steps: Sr. No. Steps Specifications Step 1 Check whether the O2 sensor 2 connector is connected properly. - Step 2 Check whether the ECU connector is connected properly - Step 3 Check the continuity between Alternator warning LED pin and ECU pin B58. - Step 4 Check the ECU terminal pin for any damage or bend. Check the ECU connector for any pin backout - Step 5 Check for the lamp wiring, and correct if there is any damage. Step 6 If problem persists, replace the warning LED - Verification condition: Drive the vehicle in city and highway condition.
