Trouble Shooting:- Step Checks IF YES IF NO 1. Is there any rust/oxidation observed on EMS or TCU connectors? Clean the Rust or repair or replace Go to Step 2 2 Clear the DTC’s in EMS. Go to step3 Go to step3 3 Connect the TML diagnostic tool and check the value of virtual gas pedal position when cruise is active and enable, are correct values observed? Replace the TCU Go to Step 4 4 Fault Still Persists? Recheck the above steps Follow the steps again for reconfirmation DTC’s confirmation:- After rectification, clear all DTC’s and ensure the following points by referring TCU parameters using TML diagnostic tool before handing over to customer. • After key and engine ON with TML TCU diagnostic tool connected, monitor the virtual gas pedal and confirm that it changes when the cruise enable and active . • Drive the vehicle with cruise active state • Ensure no DTC is active and Transmission Fault Lamp is OFF. Circuit Schematic Diagram: Component Location & Image:- NA Connector Location: TCU system connector (12 Pin) and TCU vehicle Connector (28 Pin) are in Engine compartment, near the AMT kit.
