Sump temperature (°C) Sensor resistance (Ω) Component check > 110000 open Sump temperature sensor is malfunctioning -40 to 0 105000 to 14000 ok 0 to 30 14000 to 4000 ok 30 to 50 4000 to 2000 ok 50 to 100 2000 to 470 ok 100 to 150 470 to 130 ok < 130 short ➢ Disconnect connector Transmission side 28 pole (X-201), disconnect transmission circular connector (X-111) and check below resistance at transmission circular connector pins. Measure Resistance (Ω) Component check PIN 13 (T_TEMP1 (X-111,13) to transmission housing > 500k ok Internal wiring harness Pin 14 (T_TEMP_G(ND (X-111,14) to transmission housing > 500k ok Internal wiring harness ➢ Remove vehicle connector from TCU, Disconnect transmission circular connector and check below resistance at transmission circular connector Measure Resistance (Ω) Component check Pin 13 (T_TEMP_1 (X-111,13) to Pin 14 T_TEMP_GND (X-111,14) 5160 +/- 500 ok TCU and external wiring harness Pin 13 (T_TEMP_1 (X-111,13) to transmission housing > 500k ok TCU and external wiring harness
